Submission of Copyright Claims

Any claim regarding copyright infringement related to content published in IJMMB must be formally submitted to the Editorial Office:

The complaint must include clear and verifiable evidence demonstrating that the material has been previously published, copyrighted, or legally owned by the claimant prior to its publication in IJMMB.

Required Supporting Documents

The claim should include, but is not limited to:

  • Original publication details (journal/book/conference)
  • Copyright registration documents (if available)
  • Patent documentation (if applicable)
  • Official URLs or digital records proving prior publication
  • Any additional supporting materials validating the claim

Incomplete or unsupported claims may not be considered for formal investigation.

Review and Investigation Process

Upon receipt of a valid claim:

  • The Editorial Board will conduct a preliminary assessment of the submitted evidence
  • If the claim is deemed credible, the corresponding author of the concerned article will be notified
  • The author(s) will be requested to provide a detailed explanation and supporting documentation
  • The case will be evaluated objectively, ensuring fair consideration of both the claimant and the author(s)

All investigations are conducted with transparency, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical publishing standards.

Editorial Decision

The Editorial Board of IJMMB holds full authority to determine the validity of the claim after thorough evaluation.
